Awning quality and installation appear to be very good. Operation of the awning is very smooth and effortless. The built in LED lights are wonderful and make night time use a pleasure. We have a lot of breezy days in our area. We cannot use our awning as much as we would like because if that. When it is calm, we are very happy with it. We hope as time marches on, no issues develop. Ours has been installed approximately 3 months.
