This is a very professional organization that responds in a timely fashion. They let you know who is coming and when they will be there, and then on the day, they let you know that that individual's on their way. They also then let you know when the individual has finished. I received some lovely photos as well. It was very nice to receive those while I was at work. I had one question, and received an answer very quickly by phone from a very polite gentleman. I will absolutely use MD Pro Wash again in future!
