Mason and his team were very easy to work with. They were always available to answer questions and provided great insight into the whole process. They really went above and beyond to get us our first home.
The process was clearly explained. Mason had to be creative in getting our mortgage, and gave 200% until it was achieved. Because of the complications, sometimes there was some duplication of information called for with different employees within the organization. But in the end it was well worth providing it because we got the house of our dreams!
Without Mason's efforts, my wife and I would not have the home we do now. My wife and are are so thankful for his persistance, his expertise, his energy, and his desire to get us our dream home!
Mason was an excellent officer. Whenever questions or concerns arose, Mason was there to clarify the details. He did everything he could to streamline the process with us, and went out of his way to provide support in our FSBO transaction. The definition of a true teammate!!!!

Mason and his staff went above and beyond what was expected. When we first contacted him he answered all our questions and provided excellent advice before we were even committed to him. Because of this he won our business hands down. The best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with, and I have used at least five others in my lifetime.
Mason is very genuine. He tells you straight up how things are and he has your back in the whole process. I don't think this guy even knows what sleep is because it didn't matter if it was 9 o'clock at night, he was always available to answer any questions. The process went ver smooth and this guy is someone I would highly recommend.
