If we would have had an approval before closing, it would have made it better. Although despite all the difficulties, I did like how the team kept hammering away and made it happen. Ultimately that's what truly matters.

Persdonable, responsive, professional, friendly and also kept us infromed; but, the only thing that didn;t seem to have been on top of was related to the fact we needed to increase our DP to 30% to avoid a full review, we the buyer came up wht this idea instead of hearing it from the mortgage broker; other than that, the service was very good.
