Mason clearly communicated everything we needed to know to make our decision to buy. Instead of renting. He provided several options for mortgages and how to keep our planned budget. Once the process began, I felt a little tossed around between communicating with 3 different people. I later realized as well that Churchill's fees are a bit higher than average, but that isn't a critique on your service as I should have asked a couple other lenders more info.
