Overall I had a good experience. Everyone is always friendly at Churchill and I have used them three times, so I'm certainly not scared away or anything. There was just some miscommunication that was a little bit frustrating this time around. I was told I wouldn't need to get verification of employment, and then I was told I would need it. I never said I didn't want an escrow account but then was told that I had opted to go without. Not big deals, but were a little annoying.
