I have a membership and normally go to The Exchange location. There are not very many therapists who do firm/deep, so I decided to try another location. The therapist I saw was labeled at doing Firm but she couldn’t. It was maybe Medium, but mostly light. I get massages for pain relief. When I asked her to use more pressure she said she would try if she could? It was very disappointing and a waste of my time and money.

Think Twice Before Buying Their Subscription Service! Back in September of last year, I had the idea to subscribe to their monthly massages. They said you could transfer them to other people, so I was going to save up my three massages from Oct, Nov, and Dec to give as Christmas gifts. I have a membership with Massage Envy and due to them being fully booked every time I try to call I am unable to use my monthly massages. They make it seem great when you sign up but either don't have enough help or need more time slots.
