I received a massage today and sadly left a very important family heirloom behind, only to return 1.5 hours later to find it stolen. I’ve filed a police report, hired a private investigator, and I will be pressing charges to the fullest extent of the law. Obviously, I canceled my membership! Never going back.

I would have been a new client, however for whatever reason upon my arrival I was no where in their system. I called the previous week Tuesday evening and spoke to a young man who scheduled me with Tiffany but nope, no appointment anywhere. Things may have been different if there were people capable of scheduling. I'm now scheduled at Elements.

I love my massages, but i absolutely hate that the staff will not return calls or follow through on their promises. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. If u make a mistake FIX it.
