I’m not certain my “therapist” was professionally trained. He just sort of ‘shook’ me the whole time like he was trying to wake me from a dead sleep. The first 20 minutes consisted of a weak shoulder massage with no massage oil. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He never asked anything about pressure level or problem areas. If you want a quality facial I would recommend NOT going there. I got a chemical peel and a microdermabrasion. Comparing my experiences with other places , it seemed like I could have done the facials at home. Felt very regimen and corporate. The Aestheticians were great and informative but the quality of the techniques and products were not worth the money.

I wasn’t at all please with my massage yesterday. I paid $90 for an hour massage and $10 extra to have biofreeze put on my shoulders. I only got 50 minutes of actual massage time because 5 minutes of undressing before and 5 minutes dressing after, I have never had that any other massage parlor. You should pay for what you get massaged for. But for the first 25 minutes she massaged my neck and throat. Very unnecessary to do that long on that area. The first few times I had nothing bad to say. It was a very nice experience. My normal therapist was no longer there so I tried someone new last month, she was nice, but I left feeling like I came in. So yesterday I went with someone else, a guy, with more deep tissue massage as I was really tense. This was he worst experience I have ever had getting a massage and I have had many!!!! Horrible experience. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I'm in more physical pain now than when I went in. Fibromyalgia friendly...ha! What a joke.
