Terrible service. I called them on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. We found ants in the kitchen. They told me somebody would be out between eight and 11 here it is 1045. We never heard from them. We called them only for them to tell us that they don’t have anybody to come out. If we didn’t reach out we never would’ve heard from them. I gave them so many days notice. Breach of contract? In September I entered and signed a contract with Massey Services for them to conduct pest removal services every Tuesday in October for four sessions. (I had ghost ants) After the first application, I had to chase and call the receptionist for the technician to come by and do an application for the second time. He did eventually show up (2 days later) The third and fourth promised sessions (per the contract) of pesticide application never occurred. Today Massey took out the termite pods and left big holes in my yard. Not to mention they didn't even notify us they were doing so. I had to come home and find dirt across my walkway to find out. Not pleased with this kind of service.
Since I have been using Massey Services, my lawn is looking fabulous. Charlie, the Tech, addresses all problems he sees immediately and also the ones I point out to him. My lawn remains weed and pest free. Charlie is knowledgeable and professional. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn and others in my neighborhood have taken up hiring Massey because of it.
