I really wanted to keep this service but my grass is just dying and my concerns are not heard. When my tech switched my grass started dying too. I called the main office several times and the word was supposed to be passed along about my grass and nothing. When I had a issue a couple years ago a manager came out and we looked at the problem areas. Even when I called to cancel there was no concern. Whitney is the most caring & professional pest control tech we’ve ever had in the 33 years we’ve lived in Florida. Shawn with lawn & shrub division is the very best in his department. They both take care of our property as if it were their own home. Bryan Lawrence, their manager, runs his team better than any one we’ve ever experienced!!! The ship goes at the speed of the captain and Bryan is the absolute BEST captain Massey has ever had over the 17 years we’ve been a Massey customer. THANK YOU BRYAN & YOUR TEAM!!!

We have the pest control and because of that we trusted the company and wanted to start other garden/lawn services. Worst mistake ever. We needed repairs on our irrigation system. We had two zones working and two other that didn't. They were supposed to make all four work and replace the sprinkler heads of the zones that worked before. Instead of helping and fix our system, it got completely broken by the people that came. Do not trust them.

We had Massey out to aerate our lawn at the house we just moved into three months ago. We had them out last year to do the same service at our previous house that we owned that was six blocks away. We also had them out to do our termite treatment at our new residence shortly after we moved in. I had their sales agent stop by to measure the lawn and give me a quote for the aeration and then contracted and paid them for the aeration. Great job done by Thurman Ortiz, he serviced thoroughly the landscape lights system I have in my property, he took the time to check all the fixtures and replace the bulbs for cool light ones that looks way better on my home, I couldn’t be happier with Thurman’s service, he’s responsive, polite and very professional Thank you so much mr Thurman!
