I’m not happy with Massey. I live in an apartment complex and I requested for them to treat and bait inside my apartment. I watched on my ring doorbell and he was in and out within 3 minutes. There’s absolutely NO WAY that a thorough treatment was done on the inside in 180 seconds. It’s very unacceptable and just pure laziness. I don’t understand why pest control companies won’t take the time to treat apartments thoroughly like they would someone’s house. Very disappointing!
