Cameron came out and did a review of our house and set up a reoccurring service. Very nice and informative review of the services offered. Nice young man and very professional.

Terrible customer service..employees are not trained . We have both yard service and pest control.. not happy with either . Not showing up when they are scheduled. Expensive for both. We where expecting more for money . Don’t bother. You’ll be disappointed.
Called this company twice to reinspect the termite traps that I paid $200 to give in the ground. This company tried everything to avoid dispatching a service technician to reinspect the traps. I'm just simply disappointed and disgusted with this company. They were responsive when It was time to renew but is reluctant to act after

I'm really disappointed with their service. We have bugs and they are unable or unwilling to take care of them despite getting paid quarterly.

Update to my last review , I’ve seen so many spiders I’m ready to move out. Come Massey you guys really get me on this one. I hired you guys less than two months ago, and I’m calling you guys back every other week for Spiders.I’m not happy with Massey right now

I wish I have an option to post a picture. Massey services Inc installed Termite baits and they broke my sprinkler pipes. I got to know once my contractor dig around the leak. As it was weekend Massey customer service said they cannot do anything and as I have contractor who already digged I had to pay him 250$ and complete the work. On monday I called customer service and shared the pictures of the damage and few days later they called and said they would have repair for 20$ and I paid over and cannot reimburse, I asked the... read more

Worst company ever. I never ever right reviews on companies but my experience with this company has been unreal. I had termite protection with Massey and had an issue with something in my walls. Turns out it was carpenter ants not termites so it was not covered under my current plan. I told the guy I wanted a 1 time treatment and he kept trying to sell me a pest control plan.
