Dakota is very friendly and knowledgeable. He pays very close attention to detail every time he comes to our home. He always makes it a point to ask if we have any issues or if there is anything extra that he can do. It is refreshing to have a company and their employees enjoy their work and it shows to the consumer!

Dakota is my dedicated Tech and he always goes the extra mile. Asked him to come inside and inspect for rodent activity. Did so without hesutation and always offers to reinspect with each service. Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant!

Michael V was our service man today. He did an excellent job explaining what was going on and how the Massey’s team would handle it. He all filled a hole with copper mesh to avoid it as an entry point for any pest. I would recommend Michael V for any future jobs.
