I am so thankful for Massey and specifically for Dakota. His communications skills are outstanding and his work is efficient and thorough! It’s like our pest control is on auto-pilot! This past week he was at our home on a Saturday for mosquito control and when I shared we noticed fire ants in the yard he graciously stayed longer to address our concern!

I was having a overrun of ants in our new home. Clayton provided excellent customer service when signing me up. The next business day Alex and Mohammed came and walked me through the process and 30 minutes later we were ant free. This team definitely raised the bar on customer service and excellence. Highly recommend and well worth the price for the value added.

Do not go to any other company. We work with Dakota, and he is friendly, patient, and above all else great at his job. We have had some spikes in pest issues this year and Dakota has done a wonderful job getting rid of our pest issue! Thank you Dakota for all you do and going above and beyond for our family!
