They were great. We did not go with the first store we were looking for. Masters were probably store #10. We managed to find a product we were very pleased with, and from then on everything was just wonderful. Some other stores we looked at we would ask questions and never got a call back. At Master's, if they didn't know an answer they would find out right away.
Very good job. They recently did flooring on my whole house. They did carpet, tile, and hardwood. They had some challenges, in that when they took the carpet up they had to do some custom fitments, but they did a very good job.

Great communication, great product. I thought Masters Flooring was very easy to work with. I enjoyed the installers, they were very polite. I had a few complaints but they were taken care of quickly. I didn't have to make the final payment until I was happy with everything which I really liked. It was a good transaction and I plan to use them again.
