This people don’t care about you, doctors assistant it’s like a children, like a robot. Call for appointment and after 3 months no treatment no nada I m worst and they don’t care
Terrible MD Live experience. Apparently no other health conditions exist except COVID nowadays. Dr Farbman would not even listen to my husband’s health history, but proclaimed it must be COVID. We advocated for the truth because we know his health history, but Dr. Farbman (who know NOTHING of my husband’s health history) stated he disagreed with us. He was rude, and I am disgusted.
Would give zero stars if I could. He was my MDLive Dr today. SO RUDE! Wouldn't help at all, asked "What did I suggest!?" I suggest he, the doctor, do his job. Wasted my money on an appointment and got no resolution. Was able to see my PCP just now, was prescribed the needed antibiotics. No thanks to Dr. Farbman.
Called via MD Live because I have strep. He yawned during the call which was very unprofessional and acted like he didn't want to hear what I had to say. Telling me it was viral and it is actually strep and bacterial. Went to urgent care and was diagnosed properly and given an antibiotic. Why is a rheumatologist talking to patients with strep that cannot diagnose properly????
Was so hopeful with all the great reviews but Dr. Farbman fell dramatically short of those expectations. While he is a 'nice' guy.. That's about it. He didn't listen very attentively to my medical history. He wasn't interested in any test results I brought. He never called me with blood work results. I had to keep calling the office myself. He never resolved my concerns. Will not refer to him at all. Huge disappointment.
Unfortunately, I was connected with Mathew Farbman via Teledoc. Mathew was rude, unprofessional and simply wouldn't listen to symptoms. I respectfully asked him to consider prescribing antibiotics but he refused and insisted I was experiencing allergies. I explained that I've had allergies my entire life and this was something different. Of course, he was too busy and important to listen :-( I did consult another doctor who LISTENED to me and prescribed antibiotics. Feeling MUCH better now.
