The experience was very smooth for the most part. I was always able to get in contact with Matt or Alex in a timely fashion which was greatly appreciated. They did a good job of informing us of what was going on at each stage in the process. There was some confusion at the end, but that was more a result of an unexpected appraisal and strict time schedule to get the process done, not because of anything on Matt's end. Overall, we were extremely pleased.
I wanted to let you know that Hope is a Godsend. She is so incredible at her job and even better at serving people. Based on her i would recommend The Belmont group to anyone and everyone purchasing a home.
This was my 3rd & hopefully our retirement home I’ve purchased since moving to Arizona in 1983. This was by FAR the most stress free simplistic home loan process I’ve ever experienced. Literally everything was electronic except for final documents.
