I already have, a couple of times AND I did a Facebook posting upon another request then a specific set of questions about the representative and now have a message on my answering machine asking about my last visit. It's admirable to pursue customer satisfaction but there is an overwhelm point.

It didn't start out that great being told that my free oil change had expired. Niko made good on that and also gained 1,100.00 worth of my business that day by doing the right thing and honoring the oil change that was given to me when I purchased the car.

Went in for a minor recall two times both times perfect customer service. What impressed me the most was second visit car was just out of warranty I was expected a flood of services they were going to try to sell me, but they did the recall in an hour and not one sales pitch. So impressed I came home and took a Nissan extended warranty so that if necessary they will do all repairs on my car.
