Waited an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. Not bad. Had breakfast nearby and by the time we walked back we waited 10 minutes and the car was ready.

I already have, a couple of times AND I did a Facebook posting upon another request then a specific set of questions about the representative and now have a message on my answering machine asking about my last visit. It's admirable to pursue customer satisfaction but there is an overwhelm point.

It didn't start out that great being told that my free oil change had expired. Niko made good on that and also gained 1,100.00 worth of my business that day by doing the right thing and honoring the oil change that was given to me when I purchased the car.
