It had a special on the oil change then you told me that it was my Cadillac converter, but it was my muffler that was broke. That's why the light was on but other than that good service.

Although this time certain staff failed to attentively and confidently address a situation that occurred due to a mishap that one of their service employees caused. As a result, they failed to treat me like a "valuable" customer. The service person who was at fault did apologize when the issue was reported to me.
