Although I never met him in person the whole process was flawless and simple. He went over all the loan options available to me and assisted with getting the right one that fit our budget. We tried refinancing with some less experienced lenders and had no luck. Matt has the experience and knowledge that we couldn't find in the past. Being a business owner with a 1099, it was difficult getting approved. Matt was the first lender I have talked to who was positive about everything. I had a couple of old issues on my file and he was not concerned one bit.
