The experience was pretty easy. Matt was able to answer my questions. The communication wasn't always the best/most timely, however everything was completed appropriately. And the rates can't be beat!

Matt was easy to work with. Only comment is it took some note keeping on my part to keep up with credits etc as the e signed papers didn’t match what was discussed. Recommend always redo of papers to match what client expects for closing.
