Our entire experience, from start to finish, was exemplary. This is not an easy thing to navigate, but Matt and his team supported us along the way and helped us out tremendously with constant communication and guidance that was clearly explained and understood. One small mention: Justin Miller did express that while in the beginning, he felt that Matt was very helpful, friendly, and available, at the end of the transaction, he felt that Matt became frustrated with him and wasn’t as receptive. The calls and responses were much shorter, and Justin walked away not entirely happy I would say based on my convo with him after closing.
