It was a real pleasure working with Matt and his team. I had tons of questions throughout the process and he never failed to answer promptly and patiently (he always made himself available). I was very adamant about working with our own bank for our closing, like we did in the past. Matt surpassed our expectations and was readily available when we needed him, unlike our personal bank. I recently purchased a home and used Matt and guaranteed rate. It was a very easy process. Matt walked me thru every step of the process. My interest rate was much lower than i expected. If you need a mortgage guy you should use Matt.

I have now worked with Matt Kennedy twice over the past 4 years. He truly is the best. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and gets me the best rate time after time, not to mention a good guy and easy to get along with. Guaranteed Rate was very easy as well. They don't ask for excessive amounts of information like some other companies do. Made the process very quick and Matt made it very smooth. I would recommend him any day.
