Recently worked with Matt McGinnis on a re-fi. Two other companies told me I would not be able to refinance without spending money on legal fees and updated court documents. Matt was wonderful. He fully explained every step of the process and worked with me on necessary documentation so that I wouldn't need to spend money out-of-pocket. Matt was great to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.

Matt is the best mortgage specialist I have came across so far. You can rely on him completely. He gives all the facts upfront, never pushes you to apply the loan. He thinks from customers perspective and their requirement. I liked his company as they did not charge for the appraisal fee upfront unlike other copanies. I have already recommended Matt to many of my friends.

Matt was extremely helpful. We refinanced 2 times in 2013. We had no idea what to do . He was extremely patient and went over everything several times, so we would understand. After our 1st refi, he called us 6 months later and said want to do this again? rate went from 5.8% to 4%, then we did it again down to 3.25%. This was so easy. He saved us over $150,000 over the life of the loan.... He and his company are very professional and easy to work with.

Matt was extremely helpful when my wife and me started looking for a new home for our growing family. He not only helped us get our previous home refinanced so we could make it a rental, but he also helped us get approved for an additional loan. I'm happy to say Matt made closing a breeze with no hiccups or headaches at all. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about Matt - he made the mortgage process run smoothly. Even when we had issues with the seller’s realtor, Matt took charge and kept everything on track. He was professional, ethical and I felt completely at ease as he walked me through all the different mortgage and financing options. I really felt like he was really looking out for my family’s needs. I’m so happy we had Matt working with us and I will definitely use him for our next refinance or purchase.
