Matt was the only mortgage broker/banker to really look at my financial situation. I have numerous tax deductions & he took the time to look at the WHOLE scenario even though I am self employed. I was refinancing my mortgage that I had been paying on, never missed a payment since 1998 & lowering my payment & have an excellent credit score & no other debts.
