Mathew Ricci is the best. He communicates quickly and honestly ensuring that there are no surprises along the way. I have worked with Matt twice over the years. The first time was when I secured my initial mortgage and he provided advice that allowed me to secure a 15-year fixed rather than a 30 year mortgage. I then called him again some time later when rates dropped and I was considering a refinance. Once again his advice saved us thousands of dollars and a couple more years off our term.
