Matt Ricci was recommended to us by our realtor at Berkshire Hathaway, he came highly recommended, which was super helpful, but like anything, you're always a bit skeptical. After my first conversation with Matt, I knew we'd be working with him. He held my hand all the way from Rhode Island and got us through, talked me through every doubt and question, and had a great bedside manner - firm, fair, and understanding.

He called us back promptly or texted. Walked me through an online issue step by step after hours. Knew we were following Dave Ramsey and respected that. When I questioned if we should take money out to pay off debt he walked me through why it would not be the best move financially. Our debt will be paid off in a year and he reminded me to be patient. He was really easy to talk to and funny. Also the refinance process was so easy!!!!
