OK is not a negative rating. The service provided by Matt and Triah was excellent. The challenges were with the endless document requirements from Mutual of Omaha, just when thought done, another request. It would have been nice to have an upfront ‘roadmap’, so to speak, of all required docs. Triah was great walking us through the tsunami of doc requirements. Those who don’t frequently buy properties are not familiar with the doc requirements, especially for retirees that don’t have a W-2, 401(k) and may have multiple points... read more
