OK is not a negative rating. The service provided by Matt and Triah was excellent. The challenges were with the endless document requirements from Mutual of Omaha, just when thought done, another request. It would have been nice to have an upfront ‘roadmap’, so to speak, of all required docs. Triah was great walking us through the tsunami of doc requirements. Well, more communication with me the agent, and the buyer. Understanding who is taking care of the loan after Matt receives it- who's on the team. For my first client with Matt, I felt you needed to educate the buyer about Points- Show the buyer what he will be paying without pts vs paying with pts. and how much those points cost.
