Communication was excellent!! Anytime I had a question or concern, Matt was available to speak to me for as long as I needed until I was comfortable. He was able to lock in a good rate that saved me hundreds a month. Jessica (also on his team)was immediate in her responses to my questions and explaining the paperwork that was being sent to me. We had some errors with closing costs that should have been caught on your end (thousands of dollars), this really was a big deal for us and no one apologized for this huge error that my wife caught.
