Matt Shipley was clear, concise, and knowledgeable about the entire process. He went above and beyond by answering questions multiple times, and ensured that all parts were understood. The use of the internet to upload documents was a huge plus. Matt was patient and answered all my questions. I felt that even if I did not refinance with Mutual of Omaha, he still wanted to make sure I got accurate information. He was available for me during my time zone hours and I really appreciated that. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision that wasn’t in my best interest.
