Matt is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and I can always count on him to follow through. He has paperwork to me before I need it. I like that he always keeps in touch with us no matter whats going on.

Quick, easy and stress free! This was the easiest refinance that I have ever done. It took less than 30 days start to finish. Shopping for a mortgage loan is usually a complex process but Matt made it very simple and straightforward for us. He closed a purchase loan for us within 25 days. The interest rate was the lowest i could find anywhere plus Matt explained the process clearly upfront and provided us the list of documents needed to process the loan; after that it was a smooth sail, Matt took care of everything and closed within the time period he promised.

Matt was great! Even though we had to conduct everything over the phone between LA and Sacramento he made me feel very comfortable with the loan process. I was unsure as to what I would do as I had different options for refinance and didn’t know what was best. I felt like I was talking to an advisor and not a salesman.
