My daughter has had two Urgent Care appointments with Dr. Brown since we moved here. Both times Dr. Brown was attentive and answered my questions and my 7 year olds questions as well. He is not quick to push meds, but does give useful information on options based on symptoms. The staff in his office is awesome and we will continue to treat with them happily.
Dr. Brown was easy to talk with. My teen children enjoyed his conversation. He was very helpful. Very pleasant visit.
I took my daughter to him for a same-day emergency appointment. He was very attentive, asked questions and listened to our responses. He was quick to have a diagnoses, explained it all to us and gave us clear instructions on follow up care.
I have taken my daughters to Dr Brown for years now. He has always been kind and caring with both daughters, especially with my daughter with Special Needs

We have had several visits with Dr. Brown, he was helpful in getting a referral for neurobehavioral assessment and set us up with a specialist. He was quick and efficient with terrible planters warts on my 8 year old and a listened attentively while discussing different medical issues. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Dr. Brown is excellent. He sees my twins and is always willing to help. He takes his time and discusses our concerns and answers all of our questions. He has helped us SO much in the last couple of years! His office staff is great and his MA Jonathan is fantastic! We are pretty picky when it comes to healthcare providers for our twins and are more than thrilled with the care they receive from Dr. Brown!

I am 100% for alternatives to medication and, prefer natural solutions to the cause instead of just covering them up. I would welcome reasonable alternatives. Calling everything 'normal' in order to avoid medication is not a good solution. A little more listening and far less lecturing, would be more effective.
Dr. Brown is not only arrogant and pompous, but uninformed and lacking the necessary communication skills a doctor should exhibit. I made the mistake of taking my newborn son there and quickly realized a more caring and thorough pediatrician was needed. I would never recommend him to anyone.
