Matt and Michelle were amazing through the process. Michelle called for every change and walked through the changes. Only improvement would be a better breakdown and walkthrough to loan amount and changes. I didn’t get a phone call initially stating that I had to change my down payment amount as well as borrowing amount and origination fee.
