Dr Barber made me so comfortable and at ease about my surgery. I loved that he prayed for me before surgery, a very good experience. His staff is very friendly and efficient. Getting the other knee done soon.
Dr Matthew Barber is a fabulous and exceptional doctor I came in for a knee replacement surgery his post - opcare has made me feel like a vip patient he is very efficient and great bedside manners his staff is very professional. I am on my way to recovery and doing great my rehab is excellent I am very happy and yes I recommend this AOC to all patients who wants to have knee replacement
Dr. Barber performed bilateral knee replacement on me in September 2014 and the results have been incredible! I am free of pain, able to do what I had restricted or given up prior to surgery. Not only a skilled surgeon, he is caring, patient, thorough, and humble. He helped me understand the importance of therapy and my role in rehab. Praying with me before surgery reaffirmed my choice that I was in the right hands. Thank you Dr. B for making such a difference in my life...I am forever grateful.
Dr. Barber performed total knee replacement on both of my knees with approimately one year between. After both procedures I was back at work in 30 day on light duty. I cannot praise Dr. Barber and his team enough. Professional, courteous, took lots of time to answer all of my questions and were very helpful with followup care and physical therapy. I would readily refer Dr. Barber to my friends and family. It has been just over two years since my last procedure and I'm couldn't be happier.
Dr. Barber is an excellent doctor. He is kind, compassionate, listens to your concerns, and gives a thorough explanation that you can understand. He also has a wonderful staff. I previously had severe knee pain and Dr. Barber replaced both my knees with ConforMIS Customized Knee Replacements. I now have no pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has knee problems.
Dr.B fixed my left hip! I was up walking the next morning, home that afternoon...slow but on my own power! AOC has helped my daughter, wife and myself! All together 7 surgeries! Each successful! You have got to get up and out of bed/chair and "work"to get mobility. I trust this man and appreciate his bedside manner, speed at office visits, team, and his prayer too! I had a total hip replacement 1 1/2 years ago, by Dr. Matthew Barber. The hip pain was gone immediately and I was walking the same day. Within about 4 months I was able to walk around Disney and Universal with my grandchildren. Before the surgery I would be exhausted just trying to do simple things like doing laundry or going to the grocery store. I am now walking normal, without a limp. Friends say I actually look younger and I feel great.
We love AOC! Dr.Barber is excellent, not only as a skilled surgeon, he has a great bedside manner, and prays with us each time we have had surgery. As a RN, I have seen many Dr's, I trust this man not only for myself, but for my husband as well. I have 2 Stryker knee implants, husband has a left total hip! He performed the surgeries, however, You as a patient need to do your post op therapy! It is a team effort, Dr.Barber, ShanteeRN, Physical Therapy and Equipment team...most importantly You!
Dr. Barber, to me, is a very professional and analytical Doctor. Secondly, he has a pleasing personality.
