We found a house exactly 30 days before our condo was supposed to sell and Matt made sure we were able to close on both properties on the same day. He made the process quick, easy and painless and whenever we had questions he took the time to explain the answer in extreme detail.
Due to some of the circumstances surrounding my closing (divorce settlements and refinance contingencies) the whole process was incredibly high stress. But throughout the process Matt was supportive and helpful, able to answer every question that I had.
