Matt and his staff did a great job explaining the process and all that was required
Matt was very helpful and informative. He always stayed in contact with me even though I was going through a very hectic schedule at work. He always returned my emails in a timely manner. That is one thing that always makes a big difference with me on anything. If you don't return my email in a timely manner it shows me you don't care. Matt always responded. He was always true to his word. That's how I am.
