We had a very easy time with Matt and the rest of the Guaranteed Rate team. The process was very straightforward and we always knew what stage we were at and what would be needed next. The only reason we picked 9 instead of 10 is we were disappointed in the end that we couldn't extend our rate lock, but we understand that it wasn't really GR's fault—but a 10 would be if we were able to keep the rate lock
