Dr. Moretti is fine for regular check ups, but as soon as illness appears, he disappears. Went through with both my father and husband. Today, got a call from scheduler about oncology appointment at cancer center. Would have preferred a contact about diagnosis rather than just scheduler telling us it cancer, but can’t tell you any more.
Needs to go to charm school, then back to medical school for more then a DO degree, if you can call it that! And he’s training others!! Now, there’s a travesty. Ignorant, impolite, pompous and arrogant, not a good list of attributes for anyone, especially for a supposed, professional. Don’t waste your time with this amateur, run the other way.
Staff not very competent , the wait time for a phone call is over 20 minutes. They never follow through with faxing referrals in a timely manner. Patients time is not valid. So unprofessional .
I wish Doctors understood that part of the consultation is the staff. The WORST staff ever... rude, obnoxious, arrogant and ghetto. Do yourself a favor and book another Dr.
The staff has gotten worse and worse over the years. Do yourself a favor you're better off going to a CVS or Walgreens clinic then going to this office. Never get sick because that really doesn't matter to this office.
He's horrible. Doesn't call in your medications when you need them and is an obnoxious and rude. Told me abdominal pain was in my head, saw another doctor it turned out to be a hiatal hernia. His nurse isn't to bright she doesn't know a blood pressure cuff from a tongue depressor.
