Matthew was professional and responsive, of course, but he was also kind and supportive through the process. I went through two potential purchases before I found my dream home - both had epically bad inspections (toads living in the basement because building envelope was so compromised; no flashing on roof and windows, etc). It was discouraging, but Matthew was always ready with alternatives and excellent advice. It’s a shame I won’t need his services again!!!
