Would prefer the lender to have more of a trust relationship with us since our credit, track record and income to debt ratio is solid . Continued emails from multiple sources were redundant and unnecessary. Too many hands handling our personal information, which can lead to fraud . Didnt like being forced to wire a large sum of money . Matt and Melinda were great but the rest of the service was annoying over the top .

Matt gave me incorrect information about Grants for Grads. He told me that I would have to pay back the assistance if I sold the home or refinanced. I contacted OHFA directly and they informed me that Grants for Grads would be forgiven if the home is sold as long as I stay within Ohio and that (unlike the other assistance options) it would automatically resubordinate to the new loan if I refinance.
