Matt explained things in detail, often worked outside of normal business hours—nearly every week he checked in with me, updated us, returned emails later than 5 pm, which was very convenient for me. He also would respond during his typical work day as well. Matt and his team made the complicated process much easier than I could have expected.

Matt communicates the whole step of the way and tells you worst case on numbers which is the best way to do it. No surprises is what you want on a home loan and closing.
