The entire experience was great. Matt made it easy from the first meeting to the closing of the house. Matt and his team were quick to respond to any inquiries and were extremely fast in the overall process. They even managed to get our closing date moved sooner and got us into our new home just in time to spend our first Christmas there (with some extra time to get settled prior to the holiday). Matt delivers 5 Star service and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision to go with him.

Matt ALWAYS communicated with me in a professional and timely manner. He helped me get all my documents collected and was very specific and clear about what I needed and even gave me help on how to obtain some of the things I didn't readily have on hand. I don't feel like it is Matt's responsibility to go out of his way and explain how to obtain the documents that I am responsible for, but as this was my first time going through the process he went above and beyond to help me.

It was just all the paperwork and records that were required. Not Mathews fault, but still was not an enjoyable time.
