Dr. Wilson took the time to explain everything before and during the procedure, which helped to ease my anxiety and fears. Highly recommend him!
Dr. Wilson really listens to me and he explains everything that he’s doing and make sure that I know what’s gonna be next. I recommend everyone that I talk to specially if they are having any type of pain. I’m so glad that I found him when I did. Great doctor
I was worked in at the beginning of the day. I was having hip pain. An X-ray was done then Dr Wilson came in and explained it and my problem. He seemed sincere and understanding . He took his time and did not rush. He answered all my questions and did not get irritated with me. He gave an injection then before I left He made me aware that I have an evolving problem and went over a basic immediate plan that includes PT and and another injection in 2 weeks. Dr. Wilson and his team are the best medical team I've ever experienced. I've been treated by many over my 50 years of life experience. Begining with friendly reception and appointment schedulers to his immediate staff and bedside manner. I've never been disappointed. The have always gone the extra mile to accommodate and help me with my numerous and complex health challenges and chronic pain issues. Dr. Wilson is by far the most compassionate and helpful specialist that I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by.

Having been a patient of Dr. Wilson’s previously through another health system, I felt very comfortable seeking evaluation from him again. He is professional, courteous and current with best-practice strategies and care. He truly takes the time to treat the patient as a unique individual and not just as an appointment or time slot to generate revenue. He takes the time to explain the risks, benefits and alternatives to the proposed plan of care. Thankful to be able to call him provider again…TOP NOTCH!

Dr. Wilson gave me a nerve test that was so quick that I couldn’t believe all the information that he was able to share with me. And even though I was being given electrical shock, it was never unpleasant. My wait time was less than five minutes after being checked in and less than that before he came in. I have been treated at Emerge Orthopedic in Oxford and in Durham, but the service at Emerge in Wilson is the absolute best.
