The office is very pleasant. The ladies at the receptionist desk are helpful with any questions you may have. I also enjoyed the care the hygienist took with my kids. They were not afraid at all. She had an excellent chairside manner.�The only downside would be that although I had four patients coming into the practice, I was never introduced to either dentist on staff. I think an introduction is very important especially when the patients are minors and it is your first visit.
My mom filled this out for me; she says she only puts "meets expectations" because she and Daddy have been coming here for years and have loved it from the first appointment!
Nees, my hygienist, cleaned my teeth really well. I believe that's her integrity and value of her performance for all patients of Mathews Family Dentistry. I had other experience with other hygienist in the same clinic and they didn't do as well. Thank you!
