Careful and pain less service.I just did root surgery..and after two hrs of work..I went back to work .no pain.feel great. Dr.'s are outstanding.very much guest oriented.front desk peoples are super.
I am normally a MESS sitting in the chair! Sweaty palms, lock-jaw and mini panic attacks in anticipation of the hygienist getting to my back teeth... The "sensitive" ones. Angela assured me I wouldn't feel a thing and I DIDN'T! God bless the person who gave us desensitizing gel and Angela for applying it twice to ensure I stayed good and desensitized!! No sweaty palms, no panicking and all in all, the most relaxing cleaning ever! And my teeth are SOOOO clean=)
My family was happy to find this dental group, and we have been coming here about two years. Our cleanings and occasional small fillings have gone smoothly. We avoid xrays where possible, and the dentists have not insisted on xrays when they aren't clinically necessary. Many practices insist on full sets as standard practice. For my family, this has been the affordable, good basic care practice that we were looking for in Charlotte.
