We booked dive but we're not able to pass dive drills. They wouldn't issue any refund, not even a partial. Our dive instructor was amazing and hate to say anything bad but this was a good amount of money lost. Disappointed since they have such great reviews.
They have a horrible instructor named Javier. Not recommended. Stay away from this place.

Extremely disappointed with the instructor on our dive. He was clearly only doing this to dive for himself and not for the customer. He was not helpful at all when training the customer. I needed a little more time to get used to the water since it was my first dive ever but that was unacceptable. He put so much pressure on me that it caused me to inhale so much water through my nose that it caused it to bleed which made me have to end the dive early. Usually I don't ever make a review but this place does not even deserve any customers. My family is a make a wish family and my sister has been through a lot. This trip for us as well as the scuba diving was one of her biggest dreams to fufill. My family went there very happy and came back feeling horrible. This is no dream company this is a nightmare.
