What I like the most is that she is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She is my 3rd IM doctor that I just started seeing a year ago ( the other two retired). She was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I would definitely encourage my friends to go to her.
Dr. Jones is always available either in person , by email, or by video. She is great!!
Dr Jones is always ready to answer any questions that I may have. She is knowledgeable about anything happening with health and needs.
Dr. Jones is personable, patient, knowledgeable, and she listens carefully and asks questions before making decisions about treatment. She also takes excellent notes while doing all that! She and her staff (Carla and Elizabeth) are efficient and caring. They are everything I look for in health care personnel.
Upon arrival the welcome was warmth. Entering in the reception area atmosphere never changed. Dr Jones nurse greeted me with a smile, upon entering the scale area, I was greeted with good morning and hello’s. Thank you for making my first visit a pleasant experience.
Dr. Jones gives her patients her time and concern. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I am confident that I’m being well cared for by Dr. Jones.
Dr. Jones takes time with my health issues & concerns. She diagnoses problems & has a plan of action each time. She is an excellent healthcare provider!
