Very good experience with Dr. Jones. I like her and didn’t feel rushed as I do with some doctors. She asked the right questions and listened throughly.
They are extremely efficient, having entered my history and problems when asked..Bedside Manners and knowledge of Dr. Jones and staff were very good

Messaged tbeough MyChart at 6:40AM and had a Telehealth appt at 7:15AM. Picked up Rx at 8:00AM! It just doesn’t get any better than that!

So thorough in her assessments, very knowledgeable and a wonderful listener. I never feel rushed or that I am just patient id number. Dr. Jones always gives ample time for questions and makes sure I am okay physically as well as mentally. She’s awesome and I always feel safe and secure in her capable hands.
Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and listens.
What I like the most is that she is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She is my 3rd IM doctor that I just started seeing a year ago ( the other two retired). She was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I would definitely encourage my friends to go to her.
Dr. Jones is always available either in person , by email, or by video. She is great!!
